Returns and Refunds Policy

We our proud of our clothing and accessories and strive to ensure you are  completely satisfied with them! We always do our best to take care of our customers – and want you to be happy wearing one of our dresses. If for any reason you have a challenge with your order, please email us at lisa@lulaclothing.co.za and we will rectify this right away! We do not do cash refunds but offer an online credit plus an additional 10%.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Our address is Shop 46 , The Plaza, 4 Lagoon Drive, Umhlanga, 4302.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. Shoes also will only be returned if not worn, any indication they are worn, we cannot exchange.

To start a return, you can contact us at lula. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at lula. All returns are at the customers cost, to be returned only to our factory, we don't do postnet or pudo.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

All exchanges are for the customers courier cost. We normally use the courier guy. Please note we do not accept returns to a PUDO locker or POSTNET as they are far away from us. 

 

Refunds
WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS.

We only refund if the purchase is out of stock or if the print is not available.

We only offer store credit for returns plus an additional 10% of purchase price. We do not issue refunds to original methods of payment, and our store credit never expires. As a boutique we get new prints and styles in continuously where we can help you in finding something new.

 

How will I receive my store credit?

We will send you a voucher within 1 day of receiving the item back. We need to receive goods back in the same condition as you received them.
